I am having such a hard time staying on track. I'm not gaining any weight, but I'm also not losing any. I wish I could blame it on a plateau. I seem to be eating a lot more snacks & sweets lately. Well, today I am ready for battle! I will fight to eat what is healthier for me. Today I will attempt to stay away from anything that contains sugar in it. No, I WILL STAY AWAY FROM ANYTHING WITH SUGAR IN IT!! Why does that scare me? I'm stronger than my desire to eats sweets. If I ever want to get below the 160 mark than I've have to make better choices. It's so simple and yet so hard. Bronners". Not much to eat there, just lots of Christmas things to spend our hard earned money on. We are going to eat at "
Bavarian Inn". This place has the most amazing chicken. I already have a plan on what I'm going to eat. I find if I make a plan and write down what I'm going to eat ahead of time, it helps. I've already logged into "Livestrong" and put my chicken cordon bleu dinner that I plan on eating and I've set my alarm early to get my exercise in before we take off. The problem is Raus
Country Store. It has all the candy that I loved as a kid. I may just sit outside of the store while the family goes in. That way there is no temptation. I probably should stay out of all the fudge shops & bakeries while i'm at it. Now
Birch Run Outlets, is another story. I can shop there all day and not have to worry about junk food calling out to me. So before I head out tomorrow, I will put on my suit of armor and fight the good fight!!
