My quest at finally shedding 100 pounds or more. Good days or bad, weight up or down, exercised or not, I want to blog about it to for the next 12-20 months. Why the next 20 months. I figure if I lose 5 pounds a month, it will take me 20 months. I'm hoping by doing this, not only will it hold me more accountable, but will help me figure out what triggers my downfalls. I think it is healthy to have a little bit of brownie. I totally understand the whole not having something to keep you on track, but a little treat once a week is better than completely depriving yourself. Once you lose the weight, you want to be able to keep eating healthy and responsibly.
