I can't believe that it is June already. The months are flying by, but the pounds are not. I knew it would come to the point that the weight loss would come off much slower. That time as definitely came. I have been back on track for a couple weeks now and have exercised every day. I'm taking tomorrow off and then going back to the exercising 6 days and taking off Sundays. I'm also not losing inches as fast, but I feel wonderful. I love, love, love, that I know that I can jog 3.5 miles now. I think I could even go 4, but I usually don't have time.Today's Recipe: "Parmesan Crusted Baked Pork Chop" I would normally fry this up in olive oil. I found baking it is just as awesome and much healthier. 200 calories.
