You know I've always hated the word 'diet'. In fact in my eyes when I see that word, it looks more like '#@#%'. That's right, I was pretty sure it was a swear word. Even as I was losing weight, I hated saying I was on a diet. I would say, I've changed my way of eating. This is not a lie, because I surly have changed the way I eat. I didn't know why I hated the word so much, but it gave my mouth a sour taste every time I used that word. Today I decided to look up the word and this is what I found. "Diet" I liked one of the definitions 'habitual nourishment'. We all need nourishment, right? This made me realize that EVERYONE is on a diet. You may choose to have a high-fat & high calorie diet or your choice may be a low-fat & low calorie. So I guess I just need to look at this word with a different view. The word "DIET" is not my enemy.Today's Recipe: "Stuffed Cabbage Casserole" I love casserole's. This one is only 225 calories per serving. Not to bad for a delicious filling dinner.
