Update: After riding my bike 4 miles around the 6 mile bike path, my bike broke down. That really stinks! I'm really hoping it is an easy fix. I did not let this stop me from my plans of exercising today. I got the bike back to the beast (Explorer) and then my daughter and I walked the 6 miles around the park. So riding the bike 4 miles, pushing the bike 1 mile (my daughter picked me & the bike up so I didn't have to push it the rest of the way) & 6 miles of walking makes for a pretty good workout.
Todays recipe: "Turkey Joes" not only did I think these tasted great, but they are very filling. 294 Calories
