I just had a thought today. I put these two beautiful girls an these two handsome boys on the scale to see how much they weigh. The combined weight of the boys or the combined weight of the girls (they were short 3 pounds) is what I have lost. No wonder I didn't want to do anything. No wonder I waddled when I walked. No wonder I was out of breath whenever I walked more than a few feet. No wonder my knees hurt. I could go on and on. I couldn't imaging walking very far holding them, let alone go jogging with them. When I lose the rest of the weight I want to lose it would be like carrying all four of them at once. Wow!! I'm liking that I can do so much more now.
