If you have never been at least 60 pounds overweight than you probably won't fully grasp the excitement I had when I noticed that I could cross my legs. Being so overweight has prevented me from doing this for years. Sunday when I was at church I noticed that I was crossing my legs. Not only was I crossing them, but I was doing it with ease. I not longer had to hold onto my knee in order to keep my cubby short legs crossed. Who knows, maybe soon my butt will fit in chairs at church without hanging over the sides.Today's Recipe: "Bean & Rice Wrap" To make this even less calories use a low-carb flat bread wrap.
