I survived my first camping weekend without gaining any weight. In fact, not only did I not gain any weight, but I lost some. I purposely went camping where they had a work out room & a big indoor pool. I logged everything I ate & drank and exercised at least 1 hour a day. I now have hopes that I will survive the camping season. I did realize that I need to bring my scales with me when I camp. The campground didn't have any, and I really like to do a morning weigh-in. Maybe like isn't the right word. It's more like I need to do a morning weigh-in to keep me in check.
Todays recipe: Spaghetti "
Spaghetti Squash with Chicken Meatballs" This is one of my favorites. This recipe is about 337 calories for a hugh helping. If you want to leave out the meatballs and add veggies, it would be far less calories.
