The weight loss is starting to slow down now. I knew it would happen, but It still is a little hard to take. The first month I lost 22 pounds. The second month I lost 19.2 pounds. This past month it was only 10.6, but i'll take it. It sill beats my 5 pound a month goal. I'm sure that next month will even be lower, but I will try not to be discouraged. I have to keep telling myself that this is not a race, but a slow a steady walk to my goal. My goal is to lose 5 pounds a month. A good healthy goal. A healthy life change.
