My quest at finally shedding 100 pounds or more. Good days or bad, weight up or down, exercised or not, I want to blog about it to for the next 12-20 months. Why the next 20 months. I figure if I lose 5 pounds a month, it will take me 20 months. I'm hoping by doing this, not only will it hold me more accountable, but will help me figure out what triggers my downfalls.

OUT TO EAT CAN EQUAL DEFEAT!
This is week is vacation week for me. No babies to watch, just me and my husband. The problem is I have gone out to eat 4 days in a row. Once with my husband, once with my mom & sister, once with friends & once when I was out running around. This is why I gained a little weight in the last two days. Three of those out to eat meals were okay, not perfect by no means. Last night was 1/2 off appetizers at Art & Jakes. I ate one potato skin (took it off my husbands plate) & 1/2 an order of hot wings, dipped in a small amount of blue cheese dressing. The hot wings though good, were a bad choice. Sometimes I still have this control issue. I will try not to beat myself up over this. Now I have to make a decision on what to do next. Today I have made the decision to get back on schedule. If I want to meet friends for lunch, I'll fix them lunch. That way I am more in control of what I'm eating. No more Hot Wings & Blue Cheese for me. They were good, but not worth the gain in weight. If I have to go out to eat, I will look for their menu on line and make a healthy choice even before I get to the restaurant.
