My quest at finally shedding 100 pounds or more. Good days or bad, weight up or down, exercised or not, I want to blog about it to for the next 12-20 months. Why the next 20 months. I figure if I lose 5 pounds a month, it will take me 20 months. I'm hoping by doing this, not only will it hold me more accountable, but will help me figure out what triggers my downfalls.

MEASURING UP VI
June was a pretty good month all & all. I had a baby shower & several open houses & a camping trip. I still stayed most days within my allotted calories. I did fabulous on my exercising. Some days I even did a double work out. This could be why I still lost weight this month with all the get-to-gathers that I went to. This month may be a test for me. I will be camping for three weeks of it. I know that there will be ice cream runs, but not to many. I know we will go out to eat a little bit more than usual, but I can still make healthy choices. I purposely picked places that I can still do my walking, jogging & biking. I will have to really work at having a successful month this month.
