My quest at finally shedding 100 pounds or more. Good days or bad, weight up or down, exercised or not, I want to blog about it to for the next 12-20 months. Why the next 20 months. I figure if I lose 5 pounds a month, it will take me 20 months. I'm hoping by doing this, not only will it hold me more accountable, but will help me figure out what triggers my downfalls.

ROW, ROW, ROW YOUR BOAT!
Today I went kayaking around Stony Creek Lake. It was another one of my goals this summer. I will have to say this was not only one of my easiest goals to hit, but it was also a blast. I really felt like I was not really exercising at all. I burned 450 calories kayaking for 1 hour. Next time I'll do it for at least 2 hours. My arms may be sore tomorrow and I have a few blisters on my fingers, but it was still the most fun I've had while exercising. Now I will have to say that in order for you to burn all those calories you have to keep paddling the entire hour. Your arms may get tired, but its well worth the effort.
