My quest at finally shedding 100 pounds or more. Good days or bad, weight up or down, exercised or not, I want to blog about it to for the next 12-20 months. Why the next 20 months. I figure if I lose 5 pounds a month, it will take me 20 months. I'm hoping by doing this, not only will it hold me more accountable, but will help me figure out what triggers my downfalls.

MEASURING UP PART VII
It's time to take the measurements again. The weight & inches loss are coming at a much slower rate now, as it should. I just keep reminding myself that slower weight loss is better. I think I have finally convinced myself that it's true. I did make my 5 pound loss for the month of July, but only because of all the bike riding I've been doing. I was camping for 3 weeks in July, and had some ice cream, candy & fritos. I also went out to eat more than I normally would. On days that I would have some junk food or go out to eat, I would go on an extra long bike ride or jog longer or do laps in the pool for an hour. I worked. It's the first time in my life that I came back from vacation weighing less.
