My quest at finally shedding 100 pounds or more. Good days or bad, weight up or down, exercised or not, I want to blog about it to for the next 12-20 months. Why the next 20 months. I figure if I lose 5 pounds a month, it will take me 20 months. I'm hoping by doing this, not only will it hold me more accountable, but will help me figure out what triggers my downfalls.

I finally have lost 75 pounds. YIPPEE!! I still have at least 25-35 more pounds to go and would love to hit the next goal by January 1st. As you can tell by my stats that the weight loss is coming off at a much slower rate now. There are days when I feel like I will never hit my next goal. I often have to remind myself that the weight will come off as long as I keep eating right & keep up with the exercise. I also know it's really is best if the weight comes off at a slow and steady pace. It's not a race. I will tell you that with the 75 pounds off of me, I've never felt better.
