Have you ever avoided going through a turnstile? I have! I knew that in order for me to go through most of them, I had to go through sideways and on my tiptoes, to get my belly over the bar. Don't laugh, I know I'm not the only one who has had to do this. Today I went to a local sports store and they had one. I started to sweat at the thought of going through it. I started to turn sideways and then the thought struck me. I had lost nearly 65 pounds maybe, just maybe I could go through it like a normal person would. It took everything I had in me to muster up the courage to go through it like an average person would. To my amazement, I fit!! No more walking like a crab (they walk sideways, in case you didn't know). No more walking on my toes like a ballerina. I love when I discover that I can do things in a normal way.
