My quest at finally shedding 100 pounds or more. Good days or bad, weight up or down, exercised or not, I want to blog about it to for the next 12-20 months. Why the next 20 months. I figure if I lose 5 pounds a month, it will take me 20 months. I'm hoping by doing this, not only will it hold me more accountable, but will help me figure out what triggers my downfalls.

CROSSING OF THE LEGS!
If you have never been at least 60 pounds overweight than you probably won't fully grasp the excitement I had when I noticed that I could cross my legs. Being so overweight has prevented me from doing this for years. Sunday when I was at church I noticed that I was crossing my legs. Not only was I crossing them, but I was doing it with ease. I not longer had to hold onto my knee in order to keep my cubby short legs crossed. Who knows, maybe soon my butt will fit in chairs at church without hanging over the sides.
Today's Recipe: "Bean & Rice Wrap" To make this even less calories use a low-carb flat bread wrap.
