My quest at finally shedding 100 pounds or more. Good days or bad, weight up or down, exercised or not, I want to blog about it to for the next 12-20 months. Why the next 20 months. I figure if I lose 5 pounds a month, it will take me 20 months. I'm hoping by doing this, not only will it hold me more accountable, but will help me figure out what triggers my downfalls.

I'M READY TO FIGHT!
The last 4 days I've done pretty good. At times is was extremely hard to get back into the swing of things after my 10 day cheat vacation. To be honest, there were times when it was a fight to eat what was right. Because I won the fight, I was able to take off the 4 pounds that I gained on that 10 day cheat vacation. It felt good to get back into the swing of things. Now if I remember this little lesson when I'm on vacation from here on in, all will be good.
Today's Recipe: "Grilled Fish" I love, love, love fish. This is easy and tasty.
