My quest at finally shedding 100 pounds or more. Good days or bad, weight up or down, exercised or not, I want to blog about it to for the next 12-20 months. Why the next 20 months. I figure if I lose 5 pounds a month, it will take me 20 months. I'm hoping by doing this, not only will it hold me more accountable, but will help me figure out what triggers my downfalls.

SHOO FLY DON'T BOTHER ME!
I have always been under the impression that "Sweat Flies" (or sweat bees) don't ever bother me. I would hear people complain about them biting them, and yet they never seems to bite me. I just figured they didn't like me. Boy was I wrong! What I found out was that in order for sweat flies to bother you, you need to sweat. Before this year, I rarely did that. I didn't move enough to work up a sweat. That has changed this year. They bite me while I'm jogging, they bite me while i'm walking fast & they bite me while I'm riding my bike. When you move at any good clip in a Michigan summer, you will sweat. Now I want you to know that I haven't let this slow me down in any way, shape or form. I actually find it funny that I thought I was immune to the pesky little bugs. So if you hear some lady jogging, walking fast, or riding her bike and singing "Shoo Fly Don't Bother Me", you will know it's me. Just smile and say hi.
